When I first met Abi, I was struggling with self-motivation and needed help with my training. I was interested in working with Abi because she was recommended by someone who had already achieved amazing results
I came to her because I wanted to improve my overall fitness and health, and also to reduce body fat and get ‘toned’.
Since working with Abi, I have definitely improved my overall fitness and as a result, my health! I have also lost inches and my weight has reduced by over 13 kilos.
When I first started coaching with Abi, I had a very “all or nothing” approach and mindset, which she worked closely with to help me overcome. I have now managed to reach a better consistency - both in terms of exercise and food. I also used to think that aerobic exercise was the ultimate exercise but have been surprised by just how effective the use of weights and lifting are for amazing results in my body strength and aesthetics.
Abi successfully manages to make me work hard during our sessions and motivates me to keep going. One of her biggest strengths is understanding not just the technical part of coaching, but the mental and emotional framework required to get good results over the long-term. She works closely with you behind the scenes to actually coach you, as opposed to simply train you. Through her coaching, I have finally learned how to successfully navigate having a life, with maintaining a physique, level of fitness and strength that I am happy with.
