Small Group/ 1:1 Personal Training
If you’re looking to kick start your health & fitness journey, small group personal training is a great place to start.
With just 4 clients to one coach, small group personal training is the perfect blend of a sociable, supportive and fun training environment, with the professional and personal guidance that you’d get with 1:1 coaching.
I have very limited availability for 1:1 so only take on a handful of clients per year.
Either way, we will always begin with a chat over the phone, followed by a thorough face to face consultation to establish where you are now, where you’d like to be and how best we can work together. I’ll be looking to understand your lifestyle, your experience and your goals.
We will then arrange a 1:1 assessment/evaluation training session at Stanza Fitness to give me a chance to see how your body moves, strengths, weaknesses and capabilities. You will also get a chance to experience the welcoming and inclusive environment that Stanza Fitness has to offer!
From there, we’ll have a chat to discuss how you felt, how it went and how we can work together. We’ll check-in monthly, assessing your progress and adjusting plans to ensure your getting the most out of your journey.
I understand it’s sometimes hard to know if something is going to be the right fit for you, which is why you will always get the opportunity to try all of this before you commit.
Sign up to your 21 day trial, which includes your initial consultation, movement screening, 6 training sessions and a 1:1 personalised check-in, and it will give you the opportunity to experience what it would be like to be a client.
Online coaching
If you have some experience in the gym but are looking for that extra guidance, accountability and support that’ll get you results without having to give up your entire life, online coaching could be the right fit for you.
We’ll start with a detailed video or phone consultation to establish where you are now, and where you’d like to be. Much like in person coaching, I’ll be looking to understand as much as possible with regards to your lifestyle and current and past training and nutrition experiences.
