Nat's story
I first started working with Abi about two years ago. I was a complete beginner with a lot to learn, and wanted to make the most of my training sessions.
Right away I felt comfortable working with Abi. Initially my goal was to lose weight, and not only did I lose the weight I wanted to within the first eight months of working with her, but I fell in love with training, and now look forward to every session.
I learn something new every time - working with Abi gave me a level of understanding that I didn’t have before, and I can now manage my nutrition and exercise without being obsessive. The knowledge she passes on is incredible - she’s an expert in her field.
Training with Abi weekly motivates me. I follow a training and nutrition plan and have quarterly goals and work towards them each session. Abi’s help, advice and coaching is priceless. She’s always supportive and pushes me when I need it. Abi really invests in her clients, she doesn’t just train you in a session, but keeps you accountable in and outside of the gym.
Abi has also helped me work through a very bad back injury, teaching me how to strengthen my back and recover.
Through working with Abi, I have found something I really enjoy and turned it into a daily routine.
